I tried this on last night and LOVED it! I think the one I tried on was defective though because one cup had a wrinkle that didn't come out. So I will order the same size online.

I tried this on in a double d and it was suffocating my boobs. (the wire didn't even lay flat on my skin in the middle)
how did everyone feel the cups ran?

I just bought it...Ophelia, I felt like it honestly ran big..I'm a D or DD depending on brand and got a 34D and it fit perfectly..plus it's around that time of the month for me and my boobs always become huuuge around then and I still felt the D fit me better than the DD...it may have felt like that on you bc it is supposed to be a "minimizer" and I tend to feel that minimziers do flatten out the boobies...

Did you get measured? Could be you are in the wrong size completely.
I took a 40D. I am usually a 38DD or a 40D. Although I lost some weight so some of my current bras are a little big now. It's funny, I can go up and down 10 pounds and change bra sizes very quickly. That's why I have different sizes in my drawers.

I am a 40D and got a 38DD today at the Maidenform store at The Arches. Bra was $25. and they had tons of them.
I thought it looked good and I have some tops where these could work.
