thanks for posting this. we actually use both stop n shop and shell, so this really does benefit us.
has anyone used it for a fill up yet? i am just wondering if there's some way to use your keychain s&s card.... i have NO idea where the credit card sized one is.

i couldnt find my cc size either so i went to cs and told them i need a new card. they gave me one and i updated the new card info online. i didnt loose any points

2.Insert your Stop & Shop Card (or, enter your phone number or 13-digit key tag number)
3.Select payment and fuel grade
4.Watch the price drop instantly!

Ok just answered my own question...havent been in stop in shop to shop ina few months but did peapod a few weeks ago and I have the points! Woohoo!

Stop and Shop is more expensive than other stores. So is Shell.
I would not save anything in the end since I overpaid in the first place.
Shell by us is 20 cents more than Sunoco & less convenient, so it didn't seem worth it for a 20 cent discount.
Where do you shop that is less expensive than Stop & Shop? We go b/c it is convenient, but most things seem equal or less than Shop Rite or A & P.

Really? I just went b/c of the program - I got 50 cents per gallon of gas - and Shell was cheaper than all the other gas stations. I am sure it depends where the shells are located.

Just used this the other day at my local Shell. Got 20 cents off/gallon. They just scanned my S& S keychain card, checked my points & saved me some dough! Make sure you give it to them first!

I used my points the other day. I had .30 from my regular shopping over the past few weeks and this past weekend there was a coupon in Newsday for 200 points. Although more expensive at $4.31/gallon, I got .50 off per gallon- $3.81! Not going to find a cheaper price than that

I used mine for the first time on Monday.
So easy!
I had 200+ points, so, saved .20 per gallon.
Love the program.
Jealous of my sister who lives in MA and S&S has their own gas station!
She saves $$$ everytime she fills up!
