still spotting...
So today is 9DPO and I am still spotting.. not really sure yet if it’s the start of AF or just spotting. Its still sporadic and really (tmi) dark brownish…had a tiny bit of red yesterday but vase majority was medium to light brown… BUT my BBT was still high this morning. It dipped yesterday (still above the coverline though) and today its back at what has been my average post-O temp this cycle..
Any thoughts?? Im sure its too early to tell but still…TIA!

Dude...are we the same person? lol..I posted about this yesterday. After my +OPK I spotted for like 5 days (brownish/lil bit o' red)...but it seems to have almost stopped. I don't know if it was from ovulating or just my body being wacky after 9 years on the pill.
Are you cramping as well?

Are you cramping as well?
are you a gemini? maybe your my twin lol.
not so much cramping, just here and there very mild.
however jus ta few minutes ago i had this weird like burning cramp in my left lower abdomen..
probably jsut paying too much attention and psyching myself out lol.

If you had spotting AND your temp dropped to the coverline or below it, I would say that you are getting AF. But since your temp is still high AND since the blood is brown and not bright red, I think you're fine!
