Spotting or AF
When exactly is it considered spotting?
I've never really had a problem spotting between so i'm not really sure. It's not a tremendous amount but then again thats usually how it is the first day. At this point i'm really thinking that its AF unfortunately.

Re: Spotting or AF
When I was PG and spotting it was more of a light pink than red. It was nowhere near like my period. It lasted about a day....long enough to scare the crap out of me. I went to the ER and they said it could have been implantation bleeding.

I hope that helps

Re: Spotting or AF
Whenever you get anything pink/brown/red when you wipe or on your underwear or toilet paper, it's considered spotting. But spotting can be caused by different things - it could be implantation spotting, it could be spotting before AF. Regardless, if you need to use a pad or a tampon, then that is more likely AF (although you CAN be PG and still bleed - it has happened to 2 friends of mine).
