Nikolas hasn't been to the ped since his 18 month app't in April, at which time he was 28 lbs and 34 inches. So the following are estimates until we go to the doc next week:
Age: almost 2 (his b'day is on 10/11  )
32 lbs (last time I put him on the scale w/me)
35-36 in. tall (approximately)
wearing Size 6 in both Pampers Cruisers and Huggies Overnights

My DS's stats were very close to that at his 15 month appointment. Your DS is just a little bigger. He was-
28 lbs 3 oz
33-1/4 inches
He's currently 17 months and still wearing size 5 (huggies & kirkland) for both daytime and night.
