spinoff to tylenol
if you have used it...how many is okay?
I had a headache and didnt want to use it but opt for taking 1 but really could have used more.

I start with one, if it doesn't go away I would take another. Just one usually works for me though.

I did not use it. My OB said that since I don't normally take it, that I should use it "with caution", which I took to mean not to use it

I find that a lot of my headaches can be cured with a little caffeine. HTH! (Oh and I once took 2 - make sure it's regular strength.)
