Spinoff to "things overrated"
I know everyone has a right to their opinion but some things on there I love.  Am I a dork for being sad I like certain things on that list?

Nah, don't look at it that way. Just remember that everyone has their own opinions and tastes. I love sushi too so when people said it was overrated, I just thought mmmm more sushi for ME!

no, i don't think so. there are things on the list that i love. to hell with what others think. ie, i love my vera bradley bag and its listed more then once. will i return it? hell no. you can't go by what others think

I wouldn't think twice about it. I think that list of things overrated has taken on a life of its own.
There are soo many things on that list that I have never once heard anyone 'rave' about.
So I think its more what people like/love and don't like/love now. Which of course everyones list will be totally different!

so you think i will stop drinking grey goose or stop buying purses that i love b/c someone said its over rated? nope!

Lots of things I like are on there...and some I agree are overrated. I still love American Idol & Desperate Housewives, Disney...and heck...I love Olive Garden!

I know when I saw Panera on there I was like well they have never had the French Toast bagel
I love Cold Stone too, but is expensive when I can get ice cream from the food store on sale for much cheaper

I couldn't believe some of the stuff I love was on there...
desperate housewifes, Sex and the city  , designer handbags  etc.
Oh well to each there own... thats what makes us individuals

I just thought it was weird that some posted "certain car makes" or "certain" whatever so as not to upset anyone but posted other things.
But yes, I was a little  that so many people think Disney is overrated and how much we  it!!
