We won't get ours until Tuesday and they did the inspection yesterday...I can't take all this waiting.

Really? I mean I am not experienced with the process - but I think that is a little long. Unless maybe this person is on vacation or something and can not make out the report

it depends on the inspector. i've had inspections where the report was done next day and others that took a week. was anything brought up at the inspection itself? your realtor should have been there to ask questions...

An e-mail copy was sent the next morning.
Print copy arrived in the mail a few days later.

A copy was emailed to us that afternoon and a hard copy came in the mail a few days after.
He also gave us a binder with a preliminary copy at the inspection.

I got mine the same day. My guy was great. He went over the report with me that day at the house, he gave me a binder with the report in it and he also emailed it to me. He also let me take pictures with his camera and he burned off a CD for me.

i received mine when the inspection was over.
it was all done in a book with carbon copies. at the end we got the good copies and he ripped out the carbons.
