Depends on the flavor ice cream
For mint chocolate chip I get hot fudge
Vanilla I get strawberries and marshmallow
Coffee ice cream hot fudge and chocolate sprinkles
Lest favorite is anything gummy I hate the chew esp when it gets cold and hard

I was with DH at Restaurant Depot a couple weeks ago and there was a big can of it. It took everything in me not to buy it lol
The Ghirardellii shop in San Fancisco makes the best hot fudge sundaes. If you haven't been, you should put it on your bucket list.

Least - anything that freezes in the ice cream, like mm's , too hard to bite into

Depends on my ice cream flavor lol but I love chocolate crunchies and whipped cream but I HATE hot fudge. Weird I know. I also LOVE coffee syrup on coffee ice cream but it's hard to find.
