Do you ever think shorts look funny?
I do. Sometimes they just look plain ridiculous to me. Like lederhosen.

I live in capris or skirts in the summer. I can rarely find shorts that are flattering to me and it is too darn hot for pants.

I hate how shorts look on me personally. I only wear them around the house, if it is SWELTERING, or if I'm away on vacation.

I would rather wear skirts - shorts are either way too long or up like hot pants. Skirts are more flattering on me anyway.

I usually wear capris or roll my jean cuffs..with the right shoes of course  Since I've gained weight I don't wear shorts usually.
I especially do not think middle aged and older men should wear shorts with their socks pulled up to their kneecaps!!!

I never wear shorts in the summer. When I was younger I spent a few summers in Paris with my aunt and noticed that the women there didn't wear shorts. Since i didn't want to stand out as an American- I tossed my cut offs and started wearing pants or skirts. 10 years later, I still do. Always capris or skirts for me.

I don't think I've worn a pair of shorts for the last six years (unless I'm on the beach or the boat). But I'm determined to get into a pair of shorts this summer!

I really only wear athletic shorts when working out/running or involved in some kind of sport/activity. Otherwise I opt for a skirt over shorts.
oops, I forgot...I do love cargo shorts.

The only time in the last 5 years that I put a pair of shorts on was on my honeymoon, and only because it was a million degrees and I knew I would never see anyone there again

I love shorts but it's hard to find ones that fit right and are the right length. I HATE the way I look in capris. They're not very flattering on someone with my build (long lanky legs and skinny ankles). It looks like I'm wearing major flood pants.
I like bermuda shorts and clam diggers though, and sometimes I'll wear skirts or skorts.

Me too. After the age 23, I swore off all shorts for myself. I just don't look good in them anymore.  This reminds me to throw out all my shorts from when I was 23. I have to face the fact that I will probably never wear them again.

Not a big shorts fan. I had a pair of Bermuda shorts last summer and I liked those. I stick with capris.
