Spinoff: Cold cuts

what do you use to store them in? My mom used to have a container that was shaped specifically for cold cuts. I can't find anything like that so i just store them in the wrap and plastic it comes in.

When we used to buy more of them, we kept them in seperate glad containers. It kept it fresher over time than the plastic it came in.

Re: Spinoff: Cold cuts

We only buy cheese (we're vegetarian) but I just keep it in the plastic bags that the store gives us...the ones with the ziplock closure.

Cheese doesn't last long in our house. Chat Icon

Re: Spinoff: Cold cuts

MIL gave me her old-school Tupperware cold cut holder container - BEST THING EVER! It is stack-able and the cold cuts each have their own container and they snap together or apart - you can have as many as six++ or just two, depending on the variety. It's from like the 1980's but it's great. Maybe do an online search for something like that?

I have this too- but I never use it for cold cuts Chat Icon

I keep them in the bags and paper they come in.

I use the tupperware thing for my breading station when I make chicken cutlets- flour in one, eggs/milk in one and bread crumbs in the third.

Spinoff: Cold cuts

I take them out of the plastic they come in from the deli and put them in a zip lock bag. They stay fresher just a little bit longer.

I always put them in Tupperware. DH doesn't seem to know how to open the original packaging without ripping the plastic lol
