Spin off to holiday gifts ...preschool teachers
I have 3 kids in preschool . They only go 2 days a week.
They each have a teacher and I think 3 assistants.
There are also 2 women at the front that are very involved with the kids.
I know it's a give what you can afford but I am lost!!
Was thinking either: Gift cards to teachers :$25 Assistants:$10 This just adds up..since we are only there 2 days will also be giving their sitter a $ gift
Or Gift cards for teachers and bringing in bagels and coffee for everyone one day.

I say get them all something if you can afford it. If it's going to stretch you too thin than I really like the second idea too.
Since I worked in daycare and always felt bad for assistants since many times only the teacher got a gift. I always give everyone a gift. Last year my dd had a teacher, 3 aides, 3 therapist it was crazy but I didn't want to leave someone out. I did the give the assistance $10 dollars less than the teachers/therapist.

Re: Spin off to holiday gifts ...preschool teachers
a couple of years we baked things and put them in pretty tins for the assistants. One year we did chocolate covered strawberries and they loved them. One year I had DD make cards and we put some holiday scratch off tickets in hem. One of the girls won 50.00 dollars. They all loved that

I sent in lunch.
Covers all parties.
Stop and Shop has cheap platters and you can pick up their pre-made salads for a few $$ each.

This is a good idea. I'm all about food. I'll ask the director if they can have this in their office (children's allergies etc)

I also called the Director and asked her what day would be good for me to bring in because I didn't want it to go to waste.
We often get lots of food as thank yous from clients and beginning of week is always best to last a few days for lunch/snacking, otherwise it gets tossed on weekends.

I collected money from each family and got the teacher and asst teacher really nice sized gift cards from the whole class. Some people also brought in a personal gift.
