I don't often see avatars that make me feel negative (though there is one I can't look at because it makes me dizzy) but I think they give a little insight into the person's personality.
I'm a cat person. 
To answer the question, yes, I like looking at avatars...and some are better than others.

I LOOOOOVVVE that one with the guy with his head up his @ss. The first time i saw it, the pic was ripped out of a magazine and taped to a dorm room door at Hofstra.

I can't say yours is uplifting .....just scary happy like...it kinda reminds me of Kathy Bates character in Misery. One moment you will be all "Okey Dokey...I love life" The next you are clubbing my feet

i Love bag hag's dancing hiney, all the baby pics, and the retro funny ones (like missus-hbradio and lisaW have).
but its true that avatars are an insight to a person, then i'm really afraid what mine says about me.
(maybe that i have a fever, and there's only one perscription?)
