Hi ladies! First of all congrats to everyone and wishing you all a very very happy and healthy nine months!!

Sorry to crash but my DH and I are planning to start TTC in the next year or so but because of some health issues I have I'm doing rounds now with various dr's to get everything in order and be as prepared as possible to start trying and to (hopefully) have a healthy pregnancy!

My question is this: has anyone gone into pregnancy with preexisting hypertension (high blood pressure) and/or preexisting heart conditions? I've briefly talked to my gyn about this and do have a cardiology appointment next month but just wanted to get some feedback from those who have BTDT? If so, what sort of (if any) modifications or precautions did you have to take and do you continue to take? If you don't want to post here but have any insight please feel free to FM me!
