Sopranos....
Is there a thread? I surprisingly couldn't find one..
Wondering what everyone's thoughts were on Renada...do you think Tony had anything to do with her death.. ?
Thought this episode was gooooood...
Tony's gambling was pi ssing me off..

That episode confused me! What the heck happened to Renada? Did she just die in her sleep, or did Tony have something to do with it. Also, why did Tony come over right after she died and give that guy all the money he owed him.

I agree, we can only hope that the last 5 episodes contain a hell of a lot of info, because we havent gotten any. Also just for kicks and giggles, what happened to the heroin chick that was hanging out with Christopher last season,( ER lady) they never referred to her again and left the story hanging?? It better get better.

I don't think Tony had anything to do with Renata dying. it was weird that they didn't say how she died.  typical of David Chase though.
and OMG - Vito Jr!!  
this was the best episode I have seen in a looooooooooooooong time!!

I find it strange that her eyes were open underneath the sleep mask. If she had died in her sleep, or while she had that mask on, her eyes wouldn't be open.
Makes me think there was a little foul play going on. And if Tony did have something to do with it, I don't think he would have paid him the money.
It seems like Tony is cracking up. He's mistrusting of everyone around him. I wonder if he's going to start having panic attacks again - I though he was having one for sure when that horse lost the race.

I def. think Tony had something to do with Renata's death. And he really was pi$$ing me off with the gambling bit, but you know what, so does Carmela...she says that is MY money, um, exscuse me Carm, haven't you been a housewife for 25 years?  Didn't Tony GIVE her the $ for the spec house? Or am I wrong?
I think Tony is going to have a mental breakdown and start wacking people around him who are closest...he said something last night about his "top guys" not performing for him..Chris, Paulie and his brother in law...I don't think he would wack his BIL (I am blanking on his name) but you just never know...

All I have to say that so far this season is really friggin I want to see how they're going to pull off and spice up these final 4 episodes...so far its a disaster!

i definitely agree that it was another boring episode, however it was better than the previous one's this season.
i think tony had something to do with the death, and for some reason I see something bigger coming out of the Vito Jr thing.

I've been trying to figure out what the whole "Vito Jr" bit was about
I loved the episode. To me it seems they are giving us reasons to have everyone on the show a chance to whack Tony. If you think about it, right now Meadow is the only family member who doesn't have a reason to want her father out of the picture. And the only guy around who at the moment does not have a personal beef with Tony is Syl. It seems each week they are giving us someone new to scratch our heads and wonder at the end, "Who will bump off Tony"?

I think that Tony is out of control with the gambling and greedy and desperate. He is cold.
I think he payed Hesch off because he had too. He is the boss.
He is just out of control and is going to really start alienating people. I still say he doesnt die. I dont think we are going to know what exactly happens maybe just a war between the men.

I was so disappointed with this episode. I figured Tony would start "cracking up" - afterall the show is based around a mob boss going to therapy - but it seemed like they pulled this gambling thing out of thin air. When have we ever been introduced to Tony gambling and/or Tony having a gambling addiction?? And I'm supposed to believe that this will be his demise?!
I was also disappointed that Vito Jr was painted as some goth kid - b/c all goth kids are troublemaking degenerates It was really lame, imo.

I read a huge article in cigar affecianado (sp)
that siad in no way shape or form does Chase want to do a movie. He is excited to put this to bed and even said he is going to end it so concrete that no one would be able to pick up the pieces to make a movie.
Also James wants nothing to do with a movie. After reading another article about Chase from VF, I realize we should never believe what he says, but I do not think it will end in a motion picture

I actually thought it was pretty good.
I like how they are starting to really portray Tony as an insecure degenerate gambler whose "friendships" are REALLY all business.
I feel like he is really starting to unravel.
Geez, that Vito Jr- I nearly died watching that gym shower scene
