somone tried to steal......
one of the carseats in my FIL's car while being serviced at the Chevy dealer
His car was there overnight and the back door was damaged and they tried to get one of the carseats. I guess they couldnt figure out how to get all the latches unhooked.

I hate to say, service shops are a huge target for people looking to steal anything. My DH's shop has been hit a few times, mostly stolen rims/ tires

Geez..that's terrible. Aren't they supposed to keep the cars indoors at night? That makes me so mad, there are so many posts lately about things being stolen.

Serves them right for not being able to get it out and probably get aggravated-they are so annoying to get in and out. Hope the car gets free service for your aggravation!
