I just wanted to thank you all for your kind words and support, they really mean so much to me.
I went to the RE this morning and they said that my uterus and ovaries are pretty much back to normal, so the good news is I won't have to have a D&C.
My beta had gone down to 49, so hopefully by next Saturday when I go back, beta will be at 0.
Again, thank you so, so much.

I am so sorry...I've been there and know how it feels.
Like you said, the upside is you know you can get PG from IUI - that is a big plus.
And if it makes you feel better, 1 in 4 first pregnancies end in miscarriage. Most people don't even know, but because you were under the care of an RE and taking progesterone, you were aware. This is your body getting ready for the next pregnancy, where it will be prepared and you should be okay.
