I am on CD3, when should I BD? and FYI I was 5 days late and got period on CD33

My cycles are 31 days and I usually get my postivie OPK on days 19 and 20. I would definetely do the ovluvation prediction kits...I am going to send you a BD schedule

I would do OPKs then if you aren't temping. Otherwise, it's really hard to tell when you ovulate unless you are really regular and know the length of your luteal phase.

ITA. 5 days is a pretty big difference between last month and this month. to narrow it down better, i would use OPKs.

I don't chart, just use OPKs-- which I really like.
You'll probably O around CD 16 to 20 based on the length of your cycle.
