So we told DS he was going to be a big brother......
His reaction:
"How does the baby get out of you?"
Me: The Dr gets it out
"Yeah, but from where?"
I took the mature route and I changed the subject bc I wasnt ready for that, and then he asked me if I had a "fat belly".
3 year olds

One more perk to c-section deliveries!  Even to this day, 7 months later, my girls still occasionally ask how Patrick got out. I say, "The doctor took him out." How? "I don't know, really; there was a curtain up." All true. 
They're probably going to be really traumatized one day when the truth comes out!!

hahaha amazing!!!!
my niece asked me last weekend how the baby got IN. i was like ummmm.... some people speculate that you swallow a special seed, like an appleseed, and the baby grows from it.
Her response: "NO, that makes NO sense. I think you just pray really hard to God for a baby and that's that."
She's 7.

We went with teh "its magic" explanation with DS (who was 3 as well!) seemed to work, he even brought a magic wand to one of my OB appts.

My sister calls her c-section scar the baby zipper. It worked!
