So we got back from the Urologist...

Link to TTC Here is the whole story. I don't have the energy to retype the whole thing but in a nutshell... Dh has two varicosiles (sp?) but very high sperm count and morphology. Just low motility. So for now she wants us to do a repeat SA to make sure his count is really as glorious as it was and if it is to start IUI's. If it is lower and he had just a lucky day we will discuss surgery.
So does anyone have experience with the surgery? How bad was it for your Dh? How long before you saw better SA results? She recommended that if we do get pg from the IUI that he gets the surgery after wards because it will only get worse over time and make TTC for #2 more difficult.
So Since I am supposed to O sometime next week we aren't going to do the SA until after that and then we will go back to the doctor in the first week of April. (Our schedules were kind of crazy so it took a while to coordinate a day and Af is due the week before. ) ANd then we see what happens.
