So nervous but excited!!! New school for Connor!

I pulled Connor from his current Preschool and just enrolled him today in another one! I LOVED where he was going, but I put over 35K on my car in 1.25 years between work and driving back and forth to the preschool. They were at least 20 min. in the opposite direction from my job and that was already 30 min. from my house the other way. They are wonderful and I hate to leave, but I found one that is only 8 minutes away. Well actually I found their sister school a little further away but was unsure of the teacher there. The director there actually told me that their other school will honor their prices which is $200-$300 less per child. Well, I went there saw the place and really like it and guess what... they do honor the prices!!! And I'm grandfathered in for the entire time my kids will go there! I live in a more expensive/popular area so prices are higher. The school is 5 star also! I can even watch Connor on the internet if I want. And since I signed him up during the month of August I get 30% off first month's tuition and I don't have to pay the registration fee which is normally $200.00!!! He starts on Monday. And they have wonderful baby rooms for when the baby comes. I'm so excited!!! It's a little cheaper to begin with, but I also get a 10% Duke employee discount for each child. No more driving almost an hour each way from work every morning and afternoon sitting in traffic! And it includes Breakfast, Lunch and snack!!! I don't have to pack lunch for at least him anymore.

I just hope he does ok on Monday. He's been crying in the morning when I've been dropping him off at the other school. Everyone says it's because the baby is coming. He hasn't done this since he was 2 yrs old. It breaks my heart to see him crying for me as I leave.

I can't wait to see how much money in gas and wear and tear in my car! I've been filling up my van $50.00 every 5 days.
