excited and nervous...
i have my first doctor appointment today... i am 5W5D according to my LMP, but who knows what the doc will tell me  i have been having sharp pains on my left side (near where my ovary is) for the past two days so i am hoping they can tell me it's nothing!
not looking forward to giving up all that blood though

Good luck! I'm sure everything is fine! 
I didn't give up any blood until my 12 week appointment, so you may have a while before you get sticked!

ooh that would be nice! i am hoping they will do a sono too, even though i know it might be too early to see the HB.

well i just called - no sono today  the sono tech isn't there during the times that the doctor is there so i will have to schedule that after my appointment.
but the good news is no blood today! they are going to send me to a lab. hopefully i can get a sono next week, my mom is dying to tell her friends!
