So Frustrated!!!!
So I'm on WW and I follow the points pretty well. I also work out at least 6 times a week (lifting, cardio).
So for the past two weeks I've only lost 3 lbs total. I know that muscle weighs more then fat, but it's so frustrating to me. Yes, my pants do fit so much better and I feel better, but the weight is just stuck on me.
What drives me crazy is that my MIL is doing WW and lost 13 lbs on it. She doesn't even work out.
PLEASE help me with this. I don't' want to give up. Should I start running again? Would that help drop the pounds faster?
I just don't know how I'm going to fit it in. I do all of my workouts during my lunch hour so I can see my DD when I get home.

Not being in it long, I can say that I think 3pts is good and a healthy weight loss, in 3wks. Hey, you didnt gain!
Does you MIL need to lose more than you do? That could be why.
Also, with working out, its not about the weight, its about you looking and fitting btr in your clothing.
I think what you are doing is great! Keep it up!

I think you answered your own question right here.
A healthy rate of weight loss is .5-2 lbs per week so it sounds like you are right on target and doing it in a healthy manner that is sustainable and suits your lifestyle.
My best advice for you is to just stop comparing yourself to others and be happy with your progress. You will get there, you just need a little bit of patience. You are doing WONDERFUL!

Yeah, I guess you're right. It's just that every time my MIL sees me she asks if I'm still working out and how she lost 13 lbs without working out. another issue there.
BUT, she can't even lift my 25 lb. 2 year old so I guess that means she will be thin, but not fit.
