So could this be it?? UPDATE!!!
All morning I have been having some tightning in my stomach. It gets rock hard, a bit crampy and then subsides. So I thought I just had to go to the bathroom ( ) went, and it is still happening. Its not super painful, but not comfy either. I have persiod like cramps along with the tightning.
Are these my normal BH contractions, or could this be the real deal. I am 39 weeks tomorrow and more then ready to be the real deal.
Oh and the kicker, I had a Dr appt TODAY!!!! at 10. I thought it was TOMORROW at 10, now I have to wait until 10:30 tomorrow. Freaking idiot I am lately.
UPDATE***
So I called the dr around 4:30, she had me come in. She checked me out. NO PROGRESS!!! she had a hard time finding his HB, and when she did it was dippy. So she sent me to the hospital for monitoring. Little Baby Z is GROOVY. I was checked for abput an hour, had some sprite and they sent me home. The boy and the man are both good. My DH was a trooper.  He just may be my Pilar of strength during delivery after all!!!
So, I go back next week. Up another 2 freaking lbs. So grand total 35.

Does the shower alleviate the pain and cramping??
And...do you find comfort just sitting on the toilet trying to go number 2? If so ...that's exactly what happened during my labor.
I must have taken 5 showers the morning I went into labor just waiting for my doctor's office to open!! It felt so good!!!

If there are more then 4 an hour and don't stop when he change position then they are real contractions.
I have been having them for 2 weeks now but no dilation.
The Hospital said that you start really dilating when the contractions get painful or uncomfortable!!
I am hoping this is the start of it for you

when i had BH the cramping/hard feeling was all at the top of my stomach... if you are feeling it lower that could be the start of something  but i never went into labor so i don't know

I would call the dr.'s office and let them know they might send you to L&D just to get checked out.. Sounds like the pain I felt with DS when I was in pre term labor...

Im going to go shower and see if I feel better. I told DH, he started walking around in circles. He made a chart  to keep track of things. He is to funny.

so far about evey half hour. Last one was in the shower.
Oh and I am the cleanest PG chick in all of NC. I shaved, plucked my brows cleaned up my kitchen and made my bed. Just incase. Now Im starving.

AHHHHHH!!!!! You had your appointment today? What did she say?
I think if you're having cramps along with the tightening, something could definitely be happening!!

that's what my contractions felt like when they started! period cramps...i didn't want to say anything til the nurse confirmed it though...this could be it jenn!!!

Would you call. Aside from the cramp ups, I keep getting this jabbing pain under my belly.
