So - who's still on the "do not open until xmas" list?
Meaning - waiting until they bang the baby out to discover the gender?
I know I am, and lastchance with TWINS is holding out - kudos to her - and snuggleupagus....
anyone else?

I'm a BTDT mom and I have to say, I loved that I waited. I had no preference and really wanted to be surprised. For me, it was the best decision and made deliverying even more special.

It was tough in the beginning - especially I went through this HUGE "I want a girl " phase... but now that I'm over it, I have no real preference... (But a girl would be nice!  )

We're waiting too!! And now that I am starting to work on the nursery sometimes I wish I knew--but I am so excited to find out when the baby is born!!

 Im waiting. I have a little over 2 weeks, yes, Im getting anxious..More about the health then the sex.
Im so excited. I'll have to say, its a little hard to get clothes for the baby, but, we can always get more once he/she is here. I LOVE surprises and I love keeping everyone in suspense.

I'm on the list but not by choice....The tech wasn't 100% sure it was a boy at my 20 week sono. I went last Friday and the baby's legs were closed tight. I honestly hate the fact that I don't know bc I can't plan accordingly.

Same here. Also I wanted DH to tell me what we had rather than the doctor. Now if he was actually there when Maddie was born, he could have told me.

I waited and really wasn't happy about it at first, but I thought I'd let DH win that battle. I am so happy I did though. It was awesome. A little tough the last couple of weeks, but well worth it!

BTDT mom here...
There is nothing better than hearing the words, "It's a ____" right after you deliver. It is an extremely emotional moment that I know I will never forget (in my case, "It's a boy" )

I am too much a planner and I hate surprises!! To me, seeing what she looked like after giving birth was enough of surprise to me.
I wish sometimes i had the strength to wait, but there's no way i could!
