When does MLS list open houses?
I just did a search for this coming weekend and didnt find that many. Just wondering if there is abetter day to search for them.

realtors usually update midweek so check again on wednesday

i love the open house search feature on MLS -
ive found the # of OH's dropped off recently. Alot of the houses that have been sitting on the market - they arent doing OH's anymore -unless the price just dropped.
Check Newsday on Fridays for OH's too!

Thanks! I seem to see alot when I am driving around. We walked into one last weekend and the house was $1.4mil. We played it off like we were interested, but I hate doing that! LOL It definitely didnt look that mush from the outside!
