slightly confused

I got a positive OPK this morning on day 13. So that would lead to me to believe that I "should" have a normal 28-30 cycle this month, right? The reason I ask is because last month, my first month off the pill, I didn't get AF until day 37. I can't tell you for sure when I ovulated, as I didn't test last month.
So does this early ovulation mean AF should be back on my regular schedule?

My Regular cycle up until last month was 33-34 days then last month it was 29 - so I would say if you got a + then your cycle is shorter or back to normal this month.

You will probably ovulate today or tomorrow.

I say that because since you are testing in the morning, you probably missed what would have been the start of your surge last night meaning you'd ovulate today or tomorrow - if that makes sense!

Then you can expect AF to come 15 days after ovulation if you have a normal LP.

Ok, well then we will BD tonight and tomorrow to play it safe. And maybe even Saturday if I have my way. . And I was off a day on my first post, today is day 14, not 13. That "should" put me at a 29 day cycle this month. YAY!!! I seem to be getting back to normal!
