Sleep-4DPO
I am soooooo tired. I cant sleep though. The past 2 days I been waking up atleast an hour earlier than I have too. I am so tired though I just wanna sleep.
Has this happen to anyone else?

That happens to me all the time but I don't think it has anything to do with TTC for me. I think I am just anticipating the alarm. But yes, I wake up even though I don't want to. It is so annoying!

For me it usually means I need a new body pillow or flip the mattress.
