Silly question, maybe a little TMI involved...

I've been TTC for a few months now with no success I am just curious as to how soon those with 28 day cycles or those who ovulate early start bding. The times I have used OPKs I always tend to get positives between days 10-13. Heres my issue, I usually start bding on day 9 idk if I should be starting earlier. My periods always last a full week and by day 8 I usually have some residual old blood so I never BD on that day. do you girls think I should be starting earlier especially if my opk becomes positive on day 10 or am I ok with beginning on day 9?

Day 9 is fine to start BDing if you get a +opk on day 10. This month we decided to start BDing when I get a + opk, if we start BDing too early it starts getting to routine and forced and sometimes it just doesn't work if you know what I mean lol.
