Since I always feel i get confused after knowing and confirming information i'll ask my question. I temp and chart. If your temp drops during and after your period and then rises you definitely ovulated, right??? This is the only way to confirm ovulation?? Im just having a hard time with the OPK's bc i drink so much water and go to the bathroom frequently that i cant hold urine and very rarely have i gotten a positive, i think twice.
