When I was TTC both DC, I stayed there with my legs up for about 20 minutes...worked

I try to stay there for at least 5 minues and then I go to the bathroom.
If you are prone to UTI's then do not wait...clean up right away. The sperm is getting where it needs to go.

just went to my dr yesterday to talk about ttc and this came up! she said to stay still for as long as you can (30 min to an hour!) bc it takes a while.... she even said to pee before bd so you dont have to hop up right after to go.
