I only ask because I notice I only do this when pregnant.

sometimes...
i never put it with another situation to give a reason for it tho...
i am pretty good with being able to sleep without my mouth being open... so i think if i some how get in a position where my mouth opens thats when i drool

i figure for you its because youre producing more saliva when youre preggo...

In high school my cousin fell asleep after taking the PSAT (I think that's what it was). When she woke up there was drool all over her paper. We always laugh about that.
