Sick as a dog please help!!
Good morning ladies! I have what I hope is a pretty bad cold? What can I safely take? I am 14 weeks pregnant. I feel horrible and I haven't taken anything because I am nervous. Are cough drops ok? TIA

Sick as a dog please help!!
I just went through this. Cough Drops are okay, and Robitussin was okay as long as it was the original kind- not D or anything. Also, tylenol for fevers.

Sick as a dog please help!!
I am currently fighting a really bad cold at 35 weeks pregnant. I have been taking vitamin C to boost my immune - airborne chewables and Riccola honey throat drops. I'm on day 3 and feel a bit better today. Feel better!

I had a couple bad colds when I was pregnant. You can take tynelol (cold and sinus)l cough drops, emergenc, and lots of saline.
I was told not to take airborne.

Saline nasal spray and decaf tea with fresh squeezed lemon really helped me through my cold! I also swear by Altoids to clear my sinuses (bc I didn't think we could take Halls cough drops).

Ugh something must be going around b/c I can't stop coughing and I feel congested. I've been taking elderberry syrup but so far it's not really doing much.

I'm in the same boat...spoke to my doctor yesterday who said I can take the basic sudafed and Vicks vapo rub...the Vicks has worked wonders!

I think I'm coming down with a cold too, yuck. I don't take anything when I'm pregnant, just use saline spray.

Neti-pot, throat coat tea (only once a day), ricolas, and tylenol were it for me. My last cold turned into a nasty sinus infection though and I had to go on antibiotics.

not even usre i have a cold- i have really bad congestion and a BAD cough

Thank you for all of the Suggestions !! I feel a little better but not really lol. I woke up every hour on the hour last night from 11:15 till 4:15 and I dont know if its the babies or my cold but I am a walking zombie right now and cant wait for this day to end
