Sick as a dog, can I take anything??
So I woke up this morning with a severe headache, sore throat, stuffy nose. I feel horrible. Can I take anything??

I have had the same thing for 2 weeks - I have been gargling with warm salt water and using vicks - it is slowly helping

i was told i am allowed to take:
-plain sudafed
-regular tylenol
-allergy meds like benadryl or zyrtec
-robittusin

try acupuncture.. i felt so much better after.. and sudafed and vicks vapo rub.. and lots of oj..
