Short term memory problems
Anyone have this? I'm finding I'm worse than ever. It's kind of a new thing for me and its making things hard in life and work.
I have tried to manage it but its still a challenge
I have taken to writing things down and do things immediately before I forget (like RSVPing to a party - I did it here for a LIFers dc's party ASAP so I wouldn't forget)
Are there any tips you have tried?
Or vitamins?
I'm just tired of walking around with a notebook with reminders. :(

yeap, my memory is shot. I try to some brain games but I don't have the time anyone. I do a ton of lists which helps.
Are you getting enough B12 in your diet? I looked web MD. Check it out, sorry I don't know how to post a link.

I'm going through the same thing. I have to write stuff down to remember as well. I think mine comes from having two kids that drive me crazy :p.

I noticed for me, if I am very stressed I forget EVERYTHING. When things are in order, physically in my house and mentally in my head I am much better.

I have a notepad with me at all times at work and I write everything down. In my job there is just a lot going on, a lot of people contact me via phone, teachers ask me to meet with kids all day as I am running into meetings, if i don't write it I forget so I write everything down...not much help lol

Have you met with your doctor to rule out any other issues?
If it's causing problems in your personal life, this would be a concern.
JMO, probably amplified because I work with people IRL who have memory problems ;).

If you are a Sandy survivor (like me) maybe related to ptsd. I know i've got memory loss from it. Among other things like flashbacks.
