Short term disability question
I work in a law office and its just me and the attorney. VERY small office! How do i know if i'm eligible for short term disability? Is there a website where i can find out?

It doesn't matter how large your company is in order to get STD. It only matters for FMLA. I'm not sure exactly what the requirments are for FMLA, though.

i think if you pay taxes and disability through your paycheck you're certainly eligible no matter how many people work in your office.
i would check with NYS..there's probably a # online you can call to find out.
