Costco has a 12 x 8 one on sale right now for $999 & free shipping. Everything is pre-cut & ready to assemble (by you or someone you hire). You also buy paint & roof shingles yourself to make it whatever colors you want to match your house. (from the reviews, that seems to be no more that $500 more). So for $1500 shipped & all extra materials you could need, I think it is still a great deal! I just ordered one.
