Seriously Babies R Us?
My husband and I spent 3 hours registering one night after work and when we got home half the stuff wasn't on our registry. Plus a lot of the stuff that we scanned in pink and purple colors showed up in blue or green and the website would not let us change it. It said "colors may vary" and there was no way to select your color. And some of the things I added online had listed that I wanted multiple items when I only selected 1. (in some cases 5 or 6 of an item I wanted ONE of)
So that was the first of my registry frustrations at BRU.
NOW I find out that they discontinued my crib AND all the baby furniture we picked out! This is the second crib we picked because they had already discontinued the one we originally liked!
WTF!

Seriously Babies R Us?
I definitely had the issue with the color thing. I remember one toy in particular kept coming up orange even though I had chosen blue.
This is one of the reasons I prefer BBB over BRU even though BRU is more convenient to guests/gift-buyers. (I registered at both stores last time) BRU shows virtually no pictures of anything online and trying to find stuff in their stores using their asinine coding / abbreviation system is ridiculous.

Ugh I remember the whole color thing with BRU- made me so annoyed. I added a note on my registry that said something about not pink, but blue. So annoying. I wish we had a BBB closer to us because their registry and store are so much better. This is just the beginning unfortunately with your frustration and BRU.

Ugh, that is terribly frustrating! I will warn you though, I've gone there twice now to buy stuff to finish our registry and both times I gave the cashier the registry and they scanned it, but none of the items have showed up as purchased. Just be aware you may get doubles of stuff if that happens.

I just moved all this stuff from BBB over to BRU thinking more people will shop there. Now I'm about to go move it back!!

With #1 we registered in the store and had some similar issues. I honestly foudn it to be soooo much easier to delete those items and re-add them online from home.

We had a similar problem. We just took everything off that wasn't transferring over correctly. Luckily it was only a couple of things.
If you figure out how to fix this problem please let me know bc I would like to add them before I use my 15 percent completion coupon.

Yea I know you're right... I looked on the manufacturer's site and it was not discontinued but it probably hadnt been updated yet. It's also annoying that that brand is an exclusive BRU brand so they don't sell it anywhere else.

know bru has the market on baby things but I wish I only did bbb they were so much nicer and the return policy so much better. I returned soon things later than 90 days and even though it was still on my registry they gave me the least amount. (store policy) so wrong. I also got three sets of everything cause they never took it off my registry. I understand the frustration
