Separation Anxiety has begun!!!(edited with pic.. just because!)
DS is 7 months.. lately when I drop him at daycare..which he loves...when I leave he gives me the Pouty mouth face... as if to say "MOMMY PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME"!!
Ugggg It;s heartbreaking!!!!
I know 3 mins after I leave im sure he's fine.. but my last look at him is this
Hope it's a quick phase!!!!
 I want to see this face!!!

Mason has just started this, but then I find out he's more upset b/c he wants his bottle 
I think it'll be a phase. He's becoming more aware now. The teachers will usually hold him or give him some toys with his friend as I'm leaving. I see him look back a few more times as if to say "where did that mommy lady go  she was just here" then he sees a toy light up and make sounds and it's all... mommy who?! Cool toy!

definitely a phase. once i hand Ian his bottle hes happy again. Ian gets his separation anxiety at night before he goes to bed. thats rough!! hopefully they wont last long for both of u.
btw...i cant believe hes 7 months!

when Luce started this, my MIL started to distract him.
I hug and kiss him and tell him I am leaving while she holds him and then she immediately turns his attention to anything...this morning it was pictures of all his beautiful cousins on the refrigerator.
then I walk out the door. maybe they could do this for you at the day care???
the first day he cried when I left my legs were like cement 
he is just now fully realizing that you are the WOMAN. you are HIS. MOMMY.
it hurts but it's awesome at the same time!

Yeah such a mixed emotion....Awww he really really likes me... and I dont want to leave!!! Yeah the teachers going to have to do this..b/c mommy's heart cant' take it!! I was late to work!!

DS sometimes whines when I leave, and its the hardest thing to do. I literally feel like I am leaving him for the first time when I hear him crying. My MIL distracts him as I sneak out.

my son JUST started reaching for me when he's in the arms of others. He's never done that before. i have a lump in my throat every.single.time.
His babysitter is really good about distracting him - she's really so good with him

DD has just started doing the same thing. She freaks when I leave her. Literally breaks my heart when she holds her hands out crying for me. Hope it will pass
