Sciatica Relief?
My thighs are feeling thingy and numb... It was normally just happening at night and now it's happening during the day  please help with some remedies

I see a chiropractor every week who specializes in seeing pregnant women. It has helped my sciatica tremendously. There are stretches that she showed me to do at home also. Good luck!

Here is some info on pregnancy and chiropractic. Definitely look for a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy. Gentle spinal adjustments will help you feel so much better as well as help make your labor easier by keeping your pelvis aligned.
