I think it would depend on your OB and not the hospital itself.

I would Not recommend any surgery on a weekend. We had serious complications with my ds and since it was a Saturday every test was postponed until Monday when they were fully staffed. It was a terrible experience.

Had both my csections on Sundays -at north shore manhasset ....first was an emergency but the second was scheduled my doc/obgyn office picked the date so I would think its not really a problem if the ob is fine with it....and as far as I know it didn't look under staffed just bc it was a Sunday or anything like that but I guess ya never know good thing to ask your doc at the next visit
