Sometimes toasted, sometimes not but always whole wheat or multi grain. I mix between grape and strawberry but it's usually grape, not too heavy. PB must be smooth/creamy. I cannot put chunky on the bread without tearing it apart and I've been trying since I was like 7

A soft honey wheat bread w/either creamy or chunky PB, a nice layer but not to thin or thick, w/strawberry jam.
I like to refrigerate the sandwich for a while so it is nice and cold when I eat it with a big glass of milk or lemonade.

white bread, grape jelly, creamy peanut butter (medium) smushed by an apple in your lunch bag w/cold milk.
toasted white bread, crunchy peanut butter w/ strawberry jelly...
agreed w/ milk or lemonade.

Smooth PB and plenty of it.
White bread.. NOT balloon or Wonder.. a really good, chewy white with substance.
Jelly - I can do pretty much ANY flavor but I prefer low sugar or natural. Current favorite is Amy's Black Currant, but perennial fave is Smucker's Low Sugar Strawberry and Welch's Grape for nostalgia. Preserves over Jelly.
And Milk. COLD milk. 1% please.

strawberry jam or sometimes sliced banana with a little chocolate syrup.
smoooothhhh.
medium on both sides of the bread, jam in the middle.
ice cold milk.

same here but I dont eat the crust first. I usually eat the crust of one side and then eat the middle and leave the rest of the crust.

Don't feel bad, I had it once as a kid and didn't like it. I can't tell you what it tastes like. Same with milk- can't stand it.
That being said I don't mind some PB (or almond butter) on whole wheat toast with tea.

White bread, strawberry jelly, Smooth. I put PB on both sides so the bread doesn't get soggy by the jelly.
I generally don't drink anything with it, but if I had to then water.
