7 pm....is my "wall".

Agreed! At 7pm I am counting down util DS is in bed at 8:30 and if he doesnt go down easily I can feel myself getting frustrated more and mroe!

I have only been a SAHM for 6 weeks and some days are better than others!

Oh and Megan - flash to your future! Chris is 35lbs and nearly 35 inches at 18 months!
Thankfully he has been walking since 10 months and yes since his birth I have started seeing a Chiropractor!!!

I honestly LOVE every minute I spend with my DD however, I absolutely look forward to her going to bed at night which thankfully is by 7:30. After a whole day of playing I need my night to relax and unwind. On nights where she is up later than normal I start losing it, I need some down time.

Ok here I sit at 10:15 and dh is still working! He left at 5:30 this morning!!!!!

I am totally shot by 6pm and can't wait to put ds to bed at 7pm! Then I clean up the toys, sink & fold the wash! If I am too tired to do the wash I skip it until tomorrow!

It is definitely hard when dh is working so much and I am surrounded by housework and kids! Once you get used to being home the days will just fly by!! You should enjoy your summer and come play with us!!!Chat Icon
