nice! Do you think the walking toy you bought him helped him walk on his own?
I just bought one for Talia and I noticed in the past few days, at times, she is barely holding on when she cruises

Not really....
He started walking with the walking toy @ 9 months....
He just started these few steps on his own, and it wasnt even started with the walking toy..
Actually my MIL taught me this trick,... and for me it worked great...
You stand DC up against the wall.... (so they are blanced) and try to get them to come to you.... reach out so they can grab your fingers.... and then they start to go...
We've been doing this with Ryan for a couple of weeks... and usually he just sits back down after we stand him up... but today he just started walking towards me...
Then we started walking around the house, mid way I would just let go... and he'd keep going....
Im sure the walking toy prob. helped him, as far as muscles and stuff... but other than that... I wanna say no...

Congratulations Ryan!!!!!!!
He needs to teach Emily how to walk! She's doing a great job holding on .... but isn't doing on on her own now. She just started standing without holding on this week!
