Well the gem of the day came from my MIL this mornong (love her but shes a bit uhhhhh...spacey)
"You've got ZITS !!!!.....nooooooo, you're kidding me - THATS what those little raised bumps are  !!!!!
Then continues to tell me (mind you, she has 7 children) that her doctor told her (nearly 40 years ago) that some women who have never had acne , get pimples while they are pregnant and it doesnt go away and proceeds to point out all of her "war scars on her face...gee thanks for making my day !
As for nice comments (if this is one)- I've been told I'm no-where near as "big" as I was with my DS (are we forgetting people that he was 10 lbs ??? )

I have no problem with my baby being born on Christmas. I really don't get why so many other people are concerned.

Rudest: Two of my close (male) friends made me stand up & spin around & then said "If I didn't know you were pregnant I would just think you gained a lot of weight. You look like you have a beer belly actually!" Gee. Thanks. I'm only 13 weeks what would you like me to look like? Plus, I haven't gained more than a pound or two yet. 
The second rudest would have to have been the look of sheer horror on my husband's face when I told him that sometimes women get bigger faster with their second pregnancies. After he managed to wipe the face off he said "Dear God I didn't think it would be possible to get any larger than you did last time!" Thank you honey.
Nicest: A friend of mine said that she's excited to watch my belly grow because I look so cute pregnant.

They told me not to have caffeine or I'd miscarry. Mind you I already had two miscarriages and had ZERO caffeine in my system when they happened. I had a cup of coffee and at least one Diet Coke while PG with Abby and she's fine.

The rudest during pregnancy: "Wow, you really gained weight all over!"
The rudest after pregnancy: "I knew you were having a girl because your face changed....now you're pretty again."
Of course, on the sweet side, a lot of people told me I looked beautiful while I was pregnant. (apparently, they were lying )

well b/c i am so happy to be preggo (infertilioty struggles) i can't let this stuff upset me. glad i'm growing and glad im preggo - even if i am chubby :)

Rudest "Watch were you are going you fat b1tch" - we were walking toward the escalator & the stranger stopped short. I was completely hormonal that day & yelled "I'm 7 months pregnant, you c_____ . (I'm aware it violates the code among women not to use but oh well).
