Re: Recipe for Stuffed Mushrooms?
Mine is really really simple but my family likes it this way:
Mix italian breadcrumbs with EVOO and a little garlic powder (make sure it is moist and not dry) and top it on the mushrooms. Bake with foil on top.
Very easy and tasty!

Re: Recipe for Stuffed Mushrooms?
I use this recipe - it's quick, easy, lowfat and delicious
3 cup(s) mushroom(s) 12 wedge(s) The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Garlic & Herb 1/2 cup(s) Progresso® Bread crumbs Italian-Style Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Unwrap cheeses and place in microwave for 30sec to minute to soften. Combine together crumbs, mushroom stems and cheese. Take spoonfuls and fill mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps filling side up on UNGREASED cookie sheet. Cook 20 min at 400 degrees Farenheit or until stuffing is lightly browned on top. Let cool, then serve. Mushrooms will be juicy.

Re: Recipe for Stuffed Mushrooms?
1/2 cup Italian flavored panko 1/2 cup grated romano parmigian cheese 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves salt & pepper to taste 1/2 small onion, chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil plus more to drizzle 28 large (2 1/2-inch-diameter) white mushrooms, stemmed about 10 of the mushroom stems, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.??Stir the bread crumbs, Pecorino Romano, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, mushroom stems, onion and 3 tablespoons olive oil in a medium bowl to blend. Drizzle a heavy large baking sheet with about 1 tablespoon olive oil, to coat. Spoon the filling into the mushroom cavities and arrange on the baking sheet, cavity side up. Drizzle more oil over the filling in each mushroom. Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden on top, about 25 minutes. Serve.

Re: Recipe for Stuffed Mushrooms?
I don't measure when i cook:
mushroom stems garlic breadcrumbs parsley black pepper EVOO parm/romano cheese
i put it all in the food processor, then stuff them and back them. I like to put some white wine in the bottom of the pan and top each with a smidge of butter!

Re: Recipe for Stuffed Mushrooms?
I like this one:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup crabmeat • ½ cup cream cheese • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped • ½ cup green onions, chopped • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese • mixed seasoning (see below) • 2 portobello mushroom caps or 10 white mushroom caps • ½ cup breadcrumbs • non stick cooking spray
Mixed Seasoning: • 1 cup salt • ¼ cup pepper • ¼ cup garlic powder Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the crabmeat, cream cheese, parsley, green onions and parmesan. Season with mixed seasoning, to taste. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixtures and top with breadcrumbs. Spray the tops with nonstick spray to help them brown. Transfer to oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the filling is hot and melted.
