Read something that scared me...
I read that sun-bathing is not recommended in early pregnancy due to an association with birth defects. And I'm remembering that the week and a half after I had my IUI we were in Florida and I sunbathed a few of the days (the last day was Sunday, I found out I was pregnant on Thursday). Ugh. My RE had told me NOT to do anything differently on vacation. So of course now I'm freaking out that I caused the baby harm. Eek! Sorry if this sounds silly........ Can anyone reassure me and tell me that they also sun-bathed during the 2 week wait??

The issue with sunbathing is getting your body temperature overheated. You want to go in the water from time to time or take breaks from the sun. It is very hard though to get your body overheated enough to hurt the baby, so I wouldn't worry! Look at all the Moms-to-Be that go on BabyMoons! You just have to be more conscious of how you feel - drink tons of water, take breaks from the sun, etc. I wouldn't worry at all about your 2WW, because your little bean would still have been implanting, no development at all yet!
