I definitely would, depending on whether I had "ankles" that day or "cankles" ! lol 
I have found my sciatica bothers me much less when I wear heels, but thats just me

Absolutely - I wore them up until I hit about 36 weeks and my feet swelled ......
That put me over the pregnant edge and I was "SO DONE being pregnant"

no but I wouldnt even wear them if I wasnt pregnant...I would fall flat on my face either way  I really like them though!
