raspberry leaf tea
i've been reading up on the pros and cons of this, and when to start and stop taking it. anyone have any input or personal experience with the benefits or disadvantages of it?

I started the day i got AF and stopped after ovulation. Other than not liking the tastes there are no disadvantages that i noticed. It regulated my cycle after my ectopic, i had great EWCM.

I only drank it during the last 1.5months of pregnancy. It's supposed to help with contractions to have them stronger...I think it really worked for me. Because of this I would not recommend it during the 1st/2nd trimester.
