anyone know if it's ok to drink raspberry herbal tea ?
I'm 8.5 weeks . I tried to google, but can't find anything. I know that some herbal teas are no no during pregnancy, not sure about this one, but I want it so much!

do you mean red raspberry leaf tea? i've been drinking it since the start of 3rd trimester and it's great! it's supposed to help tone the uterus.

Unfortunately this is on the list of no nos for herbal tea :( I bought two boxes of the same exact one, then found out it was no good for pregnancy!

It is known to cause uterine contractions and can possibly lead to miscarriage (red raspberry leaf, not sure about the one you posted). You should not take it until you're in your third trimester.
